Service Description

Join us for a session led by our lovely visiting teacher, friend and soulful Miss Essence Wall. Made in LA, raised in NY and currently living near the peaceful waters of the Yucatán she is visiting and we are hosting a peaceful Sunday morning exploring some delicious heart-work. There will be warm beverages and some sweets to snack on. Bring your cute journals and your favorite pen. Leave the yoga mat at home. We will breathe slowly, move gently, meditate tenderly, write intentionally and love each other up in this two hour workshop style session focusing on change, uncertainty and the unknown. Pull up for this sacred love circle of connection.

Cancellation Policy

Within 24 hours of cancellation class credit can be applied to your next session. Full session fee will be charged for cancellations after this time frame and for no-show clients. Exceptions may be made for emergencies.
