Service Description
We continue our gentle daily practice into January. This series grows out of the rhythm we began in December and is open to anyone joining for the first time. This 25-minute morning ritual offers a quiet place to arrive. Rather than striving for balance, we give ourselves time to listen. To breath, body, and mood. To what is present and changing. Attunement here is simple and unforced. Small adjustments. Soft attention. Letting the body and nervous system settle in their own time. Balance and harmony are not something we chase. They tend to appear when we slow down and stay with what is here. Over time, these brief moments of presence create a steady sense of orientation that carries into the day. You are invited to participate in a way that feels supportive. Every day or only when you can. Each session includes guided meditation, gentle movement, and shared stillness. Practices are accessible and shift slightly week to week. Cameras on or off. Come as you are. These sessions will not be recorded. This offering follows the rhythm of dāna. Cancellation Policy
Within 24 hours of cancellation class credit can be applied to your next session. Full session fee will be charged for cancellations after this time frame and for no-show clients. Exceptions may be made for emergencies.
