Service Description

This January join us for a three-week yoga and somatic work series devoted to the integrity, resilience, and intelligence of the spinal column. This series is designed to support spinal health as a whole—addressing mobility, stability, nervous system regulation, and the way the spine organizes the rest of the body in movement and in stillness. The classes are stand-alone, yet intentionally connected, allowing each region to be explored in relationship to the others. January 11: Root & Support {The Sacrum & Lumbar Spine} Grounding the base, restoring support, and reconnecting to steadiness. January 18: Breath & Space {The Thoracic Spine} Unlocking the mid-back to invite breath, expansion, and vitality through the heart space. January 25: Ease at the Top {The Cervical Spine} Softening tension, supporting ease and inviting lightness. Each session can be taken on its own. That said, committing to all three allows the practice to unfold more fully. This will be a 80-minute yoga practice and we will begin on time. Expect gentle somatic movement, some larger, more expansive postures, and therapeutic shapes designed to cultivate support, spaciousness, and calm throughout the spine and whole body. All levels are welcome. Bring a mat or rent one at ODD if needed. Please arrive a few minutes early and come exactly as you are. We’ll be in the Small Dog, and space is limited.

Cancellation Policy

Within 24 hours of cancellation class credit can be applied to your next session. Full session fee will be charged for cancellations after this time frame and for no-show clients. Exceptions may be made for emergencies.
