What You'll Walk Away With

A Body That Feels Like Home

Through accessible, adaptable yoga, no experience required, you'll leave with a renewed sense of ease in your body and a practice you can actually return to, wherever you are.

A Calmer, More Regulated Nervous System

Rather than pushing through stress, you'll practice noticing and responding to it with more ease. The goal isn't to fix yourself. It's to leave with tools for staying grounded long after the retreat ends.

A Deeper Relationship
With Yourself

Somatic movement and embodied awareness help you notice what your body has been holding onto. You'll leave more attuned to your own sensations, needs, and signals. Not just relaxed, but genuinely more connected to yourself.

The Space

Hale Akua Garden Farm & Ecological Retreat Center is our home base for five nights, surrounded by tropical gardens and the natural beauty of Maui. The property offers a pool, communal gathering spaces, and rooms nestled into the landscape, giving you a place to fully unplug. The setting itself is part of the experience. It's a chance to step away from the pace of everyday life and spend several days closer to nature.
